Putting the customer first is a core principle of how Precision Iron Fabrication operates. In the last twelve months, a relatively new PIF customer had a schedule commitment to their customer which was in serious jeopardy of being missed when their fabricator and erector walked away from a contractual obligation.
This relatively new PIF customer made an urgent request, seeking an expedited delivery of the steel needed for their customer’s project. PIF agreed to supply the steel though it was a rush order and despite the fact that PIF had more than enough work in the pipeline. Many PIF employees worked overtime in order to achieve a successful on-time delivery.
Due to Precision Iron Fabrication’s extraordinary efforts, PIF’s new customer, a large general contractor, was able to maintain on-time delivery and a trusted business relationship with their customer. Through this engagement and others like it, PIF continues to cement its reputation in the industry as a flexible, quality-focused fabricator and erector that will jump through serious hoops for its customers.
